Both my baby and I felt like home here. The host helped me a lot. Greatly enjoyed that it included a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. The bathroom with a bathtub was a bonus.

Stayed here with my baby and overall enjoyed this apartment. It was a pleasure to meet David, the host, everything was perfect. I tried food at Jr's Fish Bar 1 km away from the venue.

We had a great stay at an adorable one-bedroom flat with a patio garden. the space had everything we needed, including nice touches like Netflix on the TV, a dishwasher, and a bottle of wine on arrival. We appreciated the privacy of being left to ourselves, but also knowing that assistance was available if needed. the location was fantastic, with a park, train station, and beach all nearby. Shops were also within walking distance. the flat itself was spacious, with a lovely little terrace outside. the host provided a handy printed guide for the local area, as well as milk, tea, and wine to get us started. the kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom was a good size. The beds were comfortable, making for a restful stay. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like about this stay.

We had a REALLY LOVELY stay in Southwick next to other facilities. Location was quiet — within a close distance from The Barn. David was the best host ever.

I gotta say, the value for money at this place was amazing! The room was clean, comfy, and felt brand new. And the location was perfect, with easy access to buses and trains to explore the area. The staff made us feel welcome and were always available if we needed anything. Bonus points for the lovely patio garden!
The morning meal could use a little improvement.

The apartment has a cozy bedroom with comfortable bed linen, perfect for getting a good night's sleep.
Personally, I found the towels provided a bit small, but others may not have an issue with it.

We had a delightful stay at the one-bedroom flat with a patio garden. The location was ideal, with convenient on-site parking and easy access to Brighton Centre. The accommodation was clean, safe, and incredibly comfortable, making us feel right at home. The host, David, was extremely helpful and responsive, answering our questions promptly. Although we didn't have the chance to meet him, we appreciated his assistance. The thoughtful gestures, like a bottle of wine and a cute little cushion on the single bed, added an extra touch of warmth. The welcome booklet provided useful information about the local area, making it easier for us to explore. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property for a memorable stay.
Although the flat was clean, we did notice a cobweb on the bedroom lamps and some dust in the chest of drawers. It would be great to have these areas thoroughly cleaned for a more pristine experience.

I loved being able to hike, windsurf, and fish right in the area! The terrace was a great spot to relax. And the fact that London Gatwick Airport was the closest airport was just so convenient, I'm thrilled.
Oh yeah, it was just awful that I had so many options for outdoor activities and a lovely terrace. Can't stand it.

*********************. Activity options: The area surrounding the apartment offered a plethora of activities, from hiking to windsurfing and even fishing! There was never a dull moment, and I felt like an adventurous explorer, constantly discovering new ways to embrace the outdoors.
Outdoor seating: More comfortable chairs would have been appreciated, as I longed for a cozy spot to lounge outside and soak in the beautiful garden views.

The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and microwave, made cooking meals a breeze. I loved having a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the comfortable living area. The bed linen provided was clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The towels were soft and fluffy, adding a touch of luxury to my stay.
Personally, I found the shower in the bathroom a bit small, but it might still work for others.
